Lead end-to-end strategic procurement for indirect categories (IT, telecoms, fundraising, fleet, travel, food, publishing). Develop and implement category plans, run RFPs, negotiate contracts, manage suppliers, deliver cost savings, maintain contract databases and risk registers, and partner with stakeholders to ensure compliance, performance, and procurement best practices.

Lead HR data analysis, integrity, migration, and reporting for Workday and related systems. Define requirements, build custom reports, establish reporting governance, execute testing and release management, and train team members. Collaborate cross-functionally on integrations, system enhancements, and data assurance to enable HR decision-making and workforce planning.

Facilitate stakeholder workshops, partner with architects and vendors, manage requirements and testing, support vendor selection and SaaS implementations, and recommend process and system improvements to drive digital transformation.

Lead large, complex IT projects end-to-end: develop plans, manage scope/schedule/budget/risks, negotiate vendor contracts, mentor junior PMs, engage stakeholders, report to leadership, and conduct project closure and lessons learned.

Lead enterprise Identity & Access Management strategy and implementations across hybrid environments. Serve as product owner for One Identity suite, champion Zero Trust, oversee IGA and CIAM, integrate IAM with core systems, enforce governance and compliance, provide architectural leadership, and drive adoption and performance of IAM capabilities.

Record and review accounts payable/receivable, prepare recurring and general journal entries, reconcile accounts, enter donations and issue charitable receipts, maintain vendor records, support smaller ministry units, prepare audit schedules, respond to client/vendor inquiries, document processes, and recommend operational improvements.

Provide day-to-day accounting and clerical support including cash and donation processing, daily reconciliations, accounts payable and receivable entry, ledger reviews and accruals, petty cash management, purchase order and invoice matching, expense claim processing in Business World, and preparation of monthly financial reports and supporting schedules.

Provide customer service and process sales at the thrift store; receive, sort, price and process donations; maintain displays and store cleanliness; assist volunteers; perform light to moderate lifting and warehouse tasks; may operate forklift after training and perform janitorial duties. Follow safety procedures and meet daily targets.
