Leads brand strategy, consumer marketing programs, integrated paid, earned, and owned campaigns, partnerships, sponsorships, and experiential activations for St-Germain and Noilly Prat. Manages agencies, cross-functional teams, budgets, brand performance targets, consumer insights, campaign measurement, and commercial growth initiatives. The role is based in Miami and requires strong communication, creativity, strategic thinking, and execution across digital, social, media, and experiential marketing.

Leads IT SOX compliance testing for IT general controls, application controls, and IT-dependent manual controls. Evaluates control design and operating effectiveness, coordinates evidence collection and remediation, supports SOX risk assessments, prepares audit workpapers, and collaborates with internal and external auditors. Lead and execute the global S&OP cycle, align cross-functional inputs into a single plan, drive trade-off decisions, deliver executive insights, own S&OP KPIs, and coach regional teams to improve planning performance and accountability.

Manage and support SAP S/4HANA Finance solutions across FI, CO, Asset Accounting, Group Reporting, and finance master data governance. Translate business requirements into SAP solutions, participate in configuration, testing, deployment, documentation, and continuous improvement. Manage corporate income tax compliance across EMEA, especially Poland, Switzerland, and France. Prepare and submit tax filings using SAP data, coordinate with local finance teams and advisors, approve related tax payments, reconcile tax accounts, support audits, implement tax law changes, and improve tax processes. The role also supports tax technology and electronic invoicing while ensuring accurate, timely, and policy-compliant reporting.

Lead on-trade sales in the assigned area to drive revenue, margin and portfolio presence. Build strategic customer relationships, implement shopper and channel programs, activate brands at point-of-purchase, identify new business, and lead and develop the local sales team while travelling extensively within the area.

Manages EMEA VAT compliance, including SAP data extraction, tax return preparation, reconciliations, payments, and timely filings, with a focus on Poland and France. Coordinates with finance teams, tax advisors, and shared services; monitors tax law changes, supports audits, improves tax processes, and assists with tax technology and electronic invoicing. Requires analytical skills, accounting and tax experience, SAP proficiency, and strong attention to detail.

Lead on-trade activation and visibility for Core and Premium brands across Northern Italy. Work in-field with Sales and agencies to design, produce, implement and evaluate tailored activations, manage budgets and calendars, ensure brand-aligned execution, and report KPIs to drive channel growth.

Coordinate promotions setup and billing in Anaplan and SAP; validate promotional invoice coding; manage invoice issues, reconciliations and disputes; liaise with sales, finance and accounting; improve and document billing and rebate processes.

Lead HR strategy for corporate functions, partner with senior leaders on talent management, succession planning, engagement, development, recruitment, employee relations, compliance, Workday data, and organizational change to support business goals.
