Lead Bacardi Thailand's commercial strategy and P&L to deliver NSV, margin, profit, market share and cash flow. Drive sales, customer marketing, route-to-market, distributor and key account partnerships, pricing and portfolio optimisation. Build and coach a high-performing team, ensure commercial execution excellence, cross-functional collaboration, governance and responsible business practices.

Manage key Bacardi accounts to drive sales growth through promotional activations, brand education, cross-functional collaboration, KPI tracking, and local event execution. Build relationships, present portfolio, train staff, manage budgets and reporting, and deliver year-over-year volume increases.

Lead Canadian P&L and month-end close, own forecasting and variance analysis, support brand innovation finance and regional spend reviews, maintain data integrity across Anaplan/SAP/TM1/Concur, partner with stakeholders and NAM Finance, and support budgeting, training, and process improvements.

Drive sales and develop strategic relationships with on-trade customers in the assigned region. Implement commercial plans, negotiate distribution and visibility, activate brands at point of purchase, identify opportunities to maximize performance, lead and inspire the sales team, and be available for night visits to clients and activations.

Lead financial analysis, forecasting, and monthly/quarterly reporting for Global Functions. Support annual planning, master data management (profit/cost centers), extract/analyze financial system data (SAP/TM1), prepare presentations, flag risks/opportunities, and embed cost-control culture while working with senior stakeholders in a matrix environment.

Plan and secure short-term material and packaging supply for a spirits production site. Translate production schedules into procurement needs, monitor stock levels, manage replenishment, coordinate with suppliers and purchasing, mitigate supply risks, ensure planning data accuracy, and participate in operational meetings to prioritize supplies.

Drive Bacardi brand growth in on‑trade accounts by winning new business, managing distribution and promotions, building customer relationships, executing commercial plans, and collaborating with marketing and sales teams.

Lead on-trade sales in the assigned area to drive revenue, margin and portfolio presence. Build strategic customer relationships, implement shopper and channel programs, activate brands at point-of-purchase, identify new business, and lead and develop the local sales team while travelling extensively within the area.

Lead AMEA commercial capability agenda across 25+ markets: design annual capability calendar, build market capability champions, drive field coaching, embed RGM principles, measure capability KPIs, manage learning partners and digital platforms, create playbooks and onboarding to improve sales execution and replicate scalable commercial models.

Lead the Agaves portfolio in Mexico, define consumer- and customer-led brand strategies, balance brand building and commercial delivery, manage A&P investment, implement marketing activations, identify trends and opportunities, and lead, coach and develop the marketing team while partnering with Sales, Trade Marketing and cross-functional stakeholders.
