Lead end-to-end master data management across LAC plants and co-packers, managing a regional Master Data team. Maintain master data in SAP (ECC, APO, MDG), create BOMs/routings, support planning, introductions of new products, define standards/templates, implement data quality controls/KPIs, coordinate stakeholders, manage EAN barcodes via GS1, and drive continuous improvement and governance.

Responsible for territory sales and execution: meet sales and distribution targets, develop/manage sales plans, build long-term customer relationships, negotiate commercial terms, monitor competition, coordinate resources (RGM, POS), and develop sales talent to grow Bacardi brands.

Territory-facing sales role driving Bacardi brand distribution, visibility, new business, promotions and financial targets in bars, clubs and restaurants. Build and execute 360° account plans, host activations with Marketing, manage wholesale relationships, complete outlet surveys, analyze promotions/ROI, and support colleagues to improve execution and customer management.

Lead customer-focused BTL channel marketing for priority brands: develop and execute toolkits, manage A&P budgets and ROI, collaborate cross-functionally, support activations in key cities, and contribute shopper and brand insights to planning cycles.

Support Tech & Data PMO by enabling portfolio and project governance, reporting, resource and financial planning, tool administration, and quality reviews. Coordinate external project managers, maintain project plans, drive process improvements, provide PMO communications/training, and ensure consistent application of methodologies and PMO tools.

Serve as primary contact for Gold and Silver customers, manage escalations, drive root-cause resolution, align cross-functional teams (commercial, logistics, demand planning), support VoC/CSAT/CES programs, optimize Cost to Serve, and represent Customer Service in commercial meetings to ensure premium, timely order-to-cash service delivery.
