Lead development and execution of omnichannel campaign plans aligned to portfolio and sales targets. Coordinate digital, PR, events, media, and field activities; support sales and agronomy alignment; manage budgets, toolkits, metrics, ROI tracking, and regulatory/brand compliance to drive grower engagement and commercial growth.

Lead key account strategy and execution across West Africa for cotton, cocoa and industrial farms. Build long-term distributor and customer relationships, negotiate contracts, drive demand-generation campaigns, coordinate cross-functional teams, ensure forecasting and product availability, and report account metrics to meet annual and five-year growth targets.

Lead solution and AI architecture across Legal, M&A, VC, and Global Comms: design cloud-native AWS solutions, modernize applications to API-first microservices, architect GenAI/ML pipelines (RAG, model serving, MLOps), enforce security and responsible AI, mentor developers, and engage stakeholders to translate requirements into delivery roadmaps.

Manage end-to-end project delivery for CapEx and OpEx initiatives: procurement, budgeting, scheduling, stakeholder alignment, HSE compliance, cost control, permits, asset updates, and supplier/tender management using PPM and SAP Ariba.
