Lead and develop the dealership sales team to meet monthly and annual targets through strategy, coaching, customer relationship management, market analysis, cross-department collaboration, sales reporting, and regulatory compliance.

Assist customers through the vehicle purchase process for Jaguar and Land Rover, demonstrate vehicle features, manage leads with CRM, follow up with clients, meet monthly sales goals, and deliver exceptional customer service.

Support month-end close, prepare and post financial statements, manage daily accounting operations (bank deposits, cash reporting, reconciliations), prepare tax reports, monitor factory incentives and vehicle coding, prepare commission and chargeback reports, assist with audits, compile management reports, and supervise/train accounting staff to ensure accurate dealership financial reporting.

Manage dealership accounting tasks including posting new and used vehicle sales, verifying paperwork, issuing trade payoffs, submitting and processing F&I payables and cancellations, daily deposits, managing receivables, rebates and inventory schedules, performing reconciliations, handling departmental inquiries, and supporting administrative accounting duties.
