Support litigation teams by managing complex multi-party cases: organize and review large volumes of discovery electronically, draft pleadings and discovery, conduct legal research and writing, apply state and federal civil procedure, calendar and track court deadlines, and coordinate depositions, mediations, hearings and trials.

Manage mass tort and class action caseloads from intake through resolution. Conduct legal research, draft and argue motions, briefs, and pleadings, assist in depositions, discovery, motion practice, and trial preparation, and collaborate with senior trial attorneys to develop strategy and advocate for injured clients.

Provide litigation support to shareholders and senior attorneys: manage calendars, schedule depositions/hearings, open and maintain files, request records, e-file in state and federal courts, docket deadlines, prepare correspondence, and have direct client contact.
