Manage a full caseload of personal injury and/or medical malpractice matters from intake through resolution. Conduct legal research and drafting, handle discovery and depositions, prepare for and attend hearings and trials, collaborate on case strategy with attorneys and staff, and zealously advocate for injured clients.

Support litigation teams by managing complex multi-party cases: organize and review large volumes of discovery electronically, draft pleadings and discovery, conduct legal research and writing, apply state and federal civil procedure, calendar and track court deadlines, and coordinate depositions, mediations, hearings and trials.
