Provide exceptional pre- and post-sales client service in a luxury boutique, drive sales and clienteling, manage inventory and boutique operations, use PCS and CRM for transactions and data, support marketing events, and maintain brand standards and security.

Drive boutique sales to meet targets, manage inventory and CRM, deliver and model exceptional customer service, train and coach boutique staff, support marketing and merchandising initiatives, maintain professional administration and accurate records to uphold brand standards.

Manage and maintain the CRM database, develop and implement CRM strategies, analyze customer data for sales initiatives, monitor system performance, and collaborate with sales and marketing to design targeted campaigns.

Support HR operations and benefits administration by maintaining HR data integrity, auditing benefits and payroll accruals, preparing financial and HR reports, administering leaves and benefit enrollments, coordinating with payroll/finance/vendors, and ensuring compliance and documentation for audits.
