Multiple roles on a Guidewire implementation project in the Greater Toronto Area. Hiring QA (software testers), Business Analysts, and Developers (configuration and integration). Design, model and implement enterprise data integration and ETL solutions using Oracle Hyperion Planning, Essbase, Oracle BI and Oracle Data Integrator. Analyze and cleanse source data, build automated extraction/transform/load processes, scheduling, monitoring and error notification. Provide full life-cycle data conversion, reporting, and automated distribution for centralized financial planning and budgeting systems. Work with business and IT stakeholders to design resilient, multi-tier solutions aligned with Government of Ontario IT standards.

Administer and enhance Salesforce with emphasis on Apex and Visualforce development. Respond to user cases, manage sandboxes, configure objects/fields/workflows/triggers, maintain security and data integrity, perform data imports, evaluate releases, document system policies, and support marketing automation.

Develop, test, and deploy SAS applications across the SDLC. Design solutions, ensure architecture/security compliance, perform ETL and data quality tasks, support databases (Oracle, Teradata, DB2, MS SQL), and provide tier 2-3 production support using SAS and Unix shell scripts.

Lead migration and upgrade of InfoSphere MDM (8.5 to 9.1) on Unix. Provide technical expertise across InfoSphere products, guide and coordinate with ICBC staff, and apply project management during the upgrade/migration.

Lead technical business analysis and specification authoring for banking contact center systems; develop RPG/CL code on iSeries (AS/400), define job schedules, manage issues, coordinate SIT/UAT, and follow SDLC.

Serve as Business Analyst / Project Manager: lead business conversations, gather requirements, coordinate solution and project plans across onsite/offshore teams, manage accounts, support ADM and testing engagements. Prefer investment domain knowledge and experience on Salesforce and data-warehouse projects.

Perform business rules analysis and authoring using Websphere ILOG JRules (harvest, translate, design, compose, test). Lead process and data analysis, create BOM/XML schemas and UML, define requirements and use cases, execute tests with ILOG DVS and SoapUI, train business users, and support BRMS best practices.

Lead solution architecture, provide technical pre-sales support, guide development teams, manage client relationships, and transition delivered solutions to support. Communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Lead design and delivery of data warehousing solutions for complex client projects. Manage a portfolio of engagements, design bespoke DW/BI architectures, provide expert guidance, and ensure consistent successful outcomes for clients.
