Provide production support for Oracle PL/SQL databases, Unix systems, and Java applications. Troubleshoot incidents, resolve production issues, monitor systems, and collaborate with teams to maintain availability and performance.

Troubleshoot with internal teams and vendors, perform system administration, document plant-wide issues, and create operational policies for template/extension testing and troubleshooting.

Lead and manage a solutions architecture team focused on enterprise network and unified communications. Provide hands-on architecture, design complex VoIP/voice and network solutions, engage stakeholders, mentor staff, and drive solution development processes and quality improvements.

Create feature descriptions, installation manuals, help files, and user guides for IPedge/VIPedge IP-PBX. Develop documentation by interacting with systems, interviewing developers and QA, reviewing specs, and producing diagrams and charts.
