Leads international strategic and operational procurement for solar power projects. Develops category and sourcing strategies, translates project pipelines into procurement plans, manages major tenders and negotiations, oversees supplier qualification and performance, monitors costs and risks, modernizes procurement systems and reporting, and leads the procurement team.

Provides legal leadership for cross-border M&A transactions, joint ventures, corporate governance, group financing, refinancing, credit facilities, bonding arrangements, and security documentation. Drafts and negotiates transaction and financing agreements, coordinates external counsel, manages signing and closing workstreams, advises management and shareholders, and ensures debt and bonding compliance across jurisdictions.

Lead and execute India tax compliance: prepare and file TDS/TCS and GST returns, reconcile tax data with books, manage GST registrations, coordinate with external advisors for CIT and transfer pricing, support tax audits, monitor regulatory changes, and ensure correct deferred tax accounting and HQ reporting.

Provide accounting and administrative support including financial reporting, data entry, and record-keeping. Prepare consolidation for IBV Acen, assist Power BI data warehouse and report design, and support finance IT projects to improve reporting processes.

Support Accounts Payable processing and recording, ensure timely supplier and employee payments with proper authorization, maintain accurate ERP journal entries and supporting documents, assist month-end close with documentation and reporting (aged payables and ad hoc reports).

Measure and report Philippines entity and project financial performance versus budget/forecast; prepare and review accounting, month/quarter/year-end and tax filings; manage cashflow and payments; partner with BD and project teams on budgeting and forecasting; support process, system and reporting improvements and automation.
