Senior Legal Counsel responsible for complex domestic and cross-border M&A transactions, joint ventures, corporate governance, group financing, refinancing, debt compliance, security documentation, bonding facilities, and shareholder matters. The role involves structuring and negotiating transaction and financing documents, coordinating external counsel and internal teams, supporting management decisions, and advising on legal and commercial risks across international jurisdictions.

Lead and execute India tax compliance: prepare and file TDS/TCS and GST returns, reconcile tax data with books, manage GST registrations, coordinate with external advisors for CIT and transfer pricing, support tax audits, monitor regulatory changes, and ensure correct deferred tax accounting and HQ reporting.

Provide accounting and administrative support including financial reporting, data entry, and record-keeping. Prepare consolidation for IBV Acen, assist Power BI data warehouse and report design, and support finance IT projects to improve reporting processes.

Support Accounts Payable processing and recording, ensure timely supplier and employee payments with proper authorization, maintain accurate ERP journal entries and supporting documents, assist month-end close with documentation and reporting (aged payables and ad hoc reports).

Measure and report Philippines entity and project financial performance versus budget/forecast; prepare and review accounting, month/quarter/year-end and tax filings; manage cashflow and payments; partner with BD and project teams on budgeting and forecasting; support process, system and reporting improvements and automation.
