Manage vehicle financing processes: structure and desk deals, submit to lenders, make credit decisions, ensure compliance with laws and regulations, prepare and audit paperwork, and expedite contract funding. Present F&I products and maintain required certifications.

Serve as the primary online contact for customers, responding to internet, phone and live chat inquiries, scheduling sales appointments, providing product and initial financing information, following up on leads and no-shows, and maintaining CRM records. Participate in team training and development to learn vehicle features and dealership processes.
