Assist customers in obtaining vehicle financing by managing loan origination and lender relationships, completing required federal/state/dealer paperwork promptly, presenting ancillary products (service contracts, GAP), and meeting monthly customer satisfaction goals.

Sell new and used vehicles by identifying customer needs, demonstrating features and test drives, completing quotes and paperwork, supporting online leads and marketing events, following up to generate leads and close sales, and maintaining high customer satisfaction.
