Support day-to-day Finance department operations, including accounts payable issue resolution, payment cycles, monthly close, financial reporting, and year-end deliverables. Maintain and improve financial systems and processes, including AccPac, while supporting testing, implementation, and training. Collaborate with management, employees, customers, and vendors, resolve production-facility issues, and mentor Accounting Clerks.

Lead IT operations across retail, distribution and corporate sites to ensure reliable, secure infrastructure and service delivery. Oversee network stability, POS and in-store systems, cybersecurity (PCI-DSS), vulnerability and patch management, incident response, vendor performance, budgets, and cloud migration initiatives. Drive ITSM practices, business continuity, and continuous improvement while managing and developing high-performing teams.
