Lead and support the BDC team while continuing to handle your own internet and phone leads. Coach and train representatives, monitor CRM activity and KPIs, drive appointment setting and service retention campaigns, manage customer communication via calls/texts/emails, and help execute outbound sales and service initiatives to meet sales, appointment, and customer satisfaction goals.

Manage dealership financing by presenting F&I products, structuring deals, submitting to lenders, preparing and auditing contracts, ensuring compliance, maintaining title/registration knowledge, and collaborating with sales to deliver a transparent, customer-focused purchase experience.
