Design and develop rugged mechanical components, subsystems, and enclosures through full product lifecycle. Perform FEA and environmental testing (thermal, vibration, shock), support prototyping, manufacturing, RCCA, and design verification. Collaborate with systems, electronics, supply chain, and manufacturing teams, present at design reviews, mentor junior designers, and support continuous improvement.

Lead and coordinate a team delivering electronics hardware systems for defence vetronics. Manage design reviews, project deliverables, risk/cost/schedule, supplier interfaces, customer communications, obsolescence tracking, and drive product/process improvements.

Design, implement, integrate and verify embedded avionics software components across the development lifecycle. Perform requirements analysis, architectural design, technical leadership and mentoring, and achieve design assurance to schedule and budget for safety-critical mission computing systems.

Drive international sales of Tactical Communication and Information Systems (TacCIS). Act as technical SME for business development, capture requirements, deliver demos/POCs, support proposals and pricing, collaborate cross-functionally, provide post-sale technical escalation, gather market intelligence, and foster long-term customer and partner relationships. Travel internationally for customer sites, trade shows, and conferences.

Sell and promote TacCIS products internationally by capturing technical requirements, delivering demos/POCs, supporting proposals/pricing, and acting as technical SME and post-sale escalation. Collaborate with product, engineering, BD, and partners to close high-value deals and feed market intelligence back into product teams.
