The Groundwater Modelling Decision Support Initiative (GMDSI) is an industry-funded and aligned project focused on improving the role that groundwater modelling plays in environmental management and decision making. It works with industry and government modellers to apply high-end data assimilation and uncertainty quantification methods to real-life projects. GMDSI is jointly funded by BHP and Rio Tinto and provides modular tutorials on decision-support modelling with non-scripted workflows.
