Lead architecture and system design for complex mission-critical defence C4I systems. Define technical strategy, conduct trade studies and performance modelling, integrate specialty disciplines, guide design reviews, mentor engineers, and engage senior stakeholders to ensure delivery across the full engineering lifecycle.

Lead delivery of engineering scope for cutting-edge avionics projects, managing multi-disciplinary teams to deliver solutions on budget and schedule. Define and develop technical solutions, collaborate with industry, government and academia, and contribute to sovereign UK defence capability including AI/ML and digital model-based engineering.

Design, develop and integrate FPGA and firmware solutions for avionic mission computing systems. Perform simulation and integration testing, collaborate with industry and government partners, and contribute to next-generation defence avionics and AI/ML-enabled capabilities.

Drive cross-functional planning and supplier relationships to ensure program delivery, capacity readiness, and lifecycle value.
