Leads the enterprise data and integration function by developing strategy, architecture, governance, standards, roadmaps, and scalable data capabilities. Provides technical input for roadmaps and pre-sales and leverages Microsoft 365, Copilot, and Power Platform for workflow automation.

Support verification and qualification testing, collaborate across industry and academia, and contribute to next-generation combat aviation systems. Work with FPGA and high-speed digital designs; AI/ML familiarity is preferred.

Design and implement mission system software for advanced combat aircraft. Support software architecture, integration, test/V&V, and MBSE activities. Collaborate across industry, government and academia to develop AI/ML-enabled avionics and next-generation mission computing.

Manage avionic or naval development programs through bid, development, production, and support phases. Responsibilities include delivering schedule, cost, performance, financial, contractual, and customer satisfaction targets; coordinating bids and proposals; managing customer relationships; and identifying follow-on business opportunities. The role requires substantial program management experience in high-technology, regulated environments, with defense experience preferred.

Lead the design and development of electronic hardware systems for safety-critical avionics and mission computing products. Responsibilities include defining requirements, functions, interfaces, specifications, and architectures; integrating components into larger systems; ensuring performance, reliability, cost, standards, and regulatory compliance; managing project timelines and deliverables; and mentoring junior engineers. Roles are available at Senior and Principal/Architect levels.

Lead the full systems engineering lifecycle for safety-critical military aircraft mission computing systems. Responsibilities include stakeholder needs analysis, requirements management in DOORS, cross-functional coordination across software and hardware teams, MBSE modeling, risk and change management, design reviews, verification, qualification, certification, and audit-ready documentation. The role ensures technical integrity, regulatory compliance, traceability, and successful delivery of next-generation avionics systems.

Lead the full systems engineering lifecycle for safety-critical military aircraft mission computing systems, from stakeholder needs and requirements analysis through design, verification, qualification, certification, and delivery. Coordinate software, hardware, and safety teams; manage DOORS requirements traceability; conduct risk and change-control reviews; apply MBSE; and ensure technical integrity, regulatory compliance, audit readiness, and stakeholder alignment.

Design and implement FPGA firmware using VHDL across the full development lifecycle for safety-critical avionics mission computing systems. Responsibilities include FPGA design, simulation, test-bench development, requirements capture, work-package definition, effort estimation, and applying digital hardware and systems-engineering principles. The role supports existing and new aerospace and defense programs in a hybrid or office-based environment.
