Design and implement FPGA firmware using VHDL across the full development lifecycle. Develop simulation test benches, capture requirements, define work packages and estimate effort. Design, develop, test, and integrate mission-critical aerospace software. Perform requirements analysis, write design and test documentation, participate in code reviews, troubleshoot defects, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to support system integration and validation. Provide technical support and present work in design reviews.

Lead signal integrity analysis, simulation, design and validation for high-speed digital and analog avionics systems. Perform testing and measurements, develop SI models and PCB/IC/interconnect designs, document findings, and mentor junior engineers while working with cross-functional teams.

Lead delivery of engineering scope for avionics mission computing projects: elicit requirements, manage systems/hardware/software disciplines, plan and monitor programme execution, liaise with customers and subcontractors, mentor the development team, and ensure cost, schedule and performance targets are met across the product life cycle.

Support Project Managers to enforce planning best practices, ensure scope/schedule/budget adherence, monitor and report risks/issues, propose solutions, and support a portfolio of medium-to-high complexity projects.

Drive international sales of Tactical Communication and Information Systems (TacCIS). Act as technical SME for business development, capture requirements, deliver demos/POCs, support proposals and pricing, collaborate cross-functionally, provide post-sale technical escalation, gather market intelligence, and foster long-term customer and partner relationships. Travel internationally for customer sites, trade shows, and conferences.
