Requires advanced z/OS and DB2 expertise and familiarity with TSO Clists, Rexx, COBOL, CICS, and related tools.

Onsite program/project manager to develop, document, and roll out portfolio and program/project management practices using Decision Lens and WorkFront. Create templates, process documentation, training materials, and assist customers adopting the practices. Work under assigned client and PSC managers; focus on practice development, documentation, training, and customer onboarding rather than primary project delivery.

Design and build a new court financials application framework using Microsoft technologies. Lead architecture decisions, create code proofs-of-concept, document system and architecture diagrams, advise on technology trade-offs, collaborate with developers, and implement presentation and data access layers (AngularJS/jQuery/HTML5, WebApi, Entity Framework, SQL Server).

Onsite .NET developer responsible for full lifecycle development, testing, debugging, and maintenance of web applications and scalable APIs (WCF/Web API). Work with SQL Server/T-SQL, frontend technologies, Azure, participate in code reviews, and support Agile/Scrum delivery.

Onsite contract .NET Web Developer responsible for development and maintenance of .NET applications (80%), ESB and TFS support. Work with Visual Studio, ASP.NET, C#, MVC, WCF, SOAP/REST APIs, jQuery, IIS, JavaScript/HTML/CSS, SQL Server, SSRS, and NUnit within Agile teams. Must have Windows Server and Team Foundation Server experience; basic familiarity with Microsoft Test Manager and Coded UI.
