Lead and develop the dealership new-car sales team to meet unit and profit targets. Recruit, train, coach, and retain sales associates; manage negotiations, trade appraisals, inventory planning, controllable expenses, and performance analysis to improve results and customer experience.

Schedule and follow up with customers via inbound/outbound calls and internet inquiries, set and reschedule sales appointments, generate leads from past and potential customers, explain product features and options, and support the sales team.
