Process and validate supplier invoices using three-way and two-way matching, route invoices for approval, transfer transactions from Tangro to SAP, and process credit memos. Investigate invoice and payment discrepancies, respond to supplier inquiries, reconcile vendor statements, manage the AP mailbox, prepare monthly accruals, and meet service-level agreements, performance metrics, and KPIs.

Supports programming, configuration, and troubleshooting of Siemens PLCs, HMIs, drives, instrumentation, and manufacturing control systems. Maintains control-program and wiring documentation, assists with equipment installations, capital projects, automation software implementation, and continuous improvement initiatives. Trains maintenance technicians and supports MES implementations, safety programs, and production operations. Requires a relevant engineering degree, at least two years of manufacturing controls experience, knowledge of PLCs and electrical schematics, and flexibility for occasional night and weekend shifts.

Leads EDI operations and business process optimization across SAP environments. Manages EDI configurations, mappings, integrations, partner connections, testing, incidents, changes, documentation, compliance, and performance reporting. Supports SAP rollouts, standardization initiatives, projects, and global key users while coordinating internal teams, external providers, banks, freight forwarders, and vendors. Administers SPEEDI/JUNIQ configurations, provides training and second-level support, and mentors junior staff.

Manage and monitor import and export operations, customs declarations, broker coordination, shipment tracking, and customs issue resolution. Maintain compliance with customs regulations, IMMEX, and VAT-IEPS requirements. Reconcile foreign trade inventories, investigate discrepancies, and monitor temporary import expiration dates. Track operational KPIs, support plant continuity, and coordinate with customs brokers, carriers, SAT, ANAM, and internal stakeholders.

Design, implement, and maintain centralized logging and monitoring solutions (ELK stack). Collect requirements, onboard systems, define dashboards/alerts, support incident analysis, optimize performance and collaborate with external providers to ensure observability and compliance.

Lead and coordinate SAP S/4HANA FI rollouts at defined locations: run kick-offs, Fit-to-Template, system tests, data migration validation, cutover and post-go-live activities. Create user stories in JIRA, train and align local key users, coordinate CT tools rollout (e.g., QDA), and act as SPOC/substitute for Rollout Lead while ensuring compliant, timely deployments and cross-functional collaboration.

Manage and optimize global EDI operations, including SAP EDI configurations, data mapping, partner integrations, incident and change management, testing, compliance, and process documentation. Collaborate with internal teams, external partners, and service providers; support SAP rollout projects; lead standardization and improvement initiatives; provide second-level support and training; administer SPEEDI/JUNIQ add-ons; and mentor junior team members. Travel of up to 30% is required in a hybrid work environment.

Prepare financial reports, dashboards, and management presentations; analyze financial and operational performance; support forecasting, budgeting, and month-end close; develop reporting solutions and data models; maintain data quality; perform ad hoc analysis; automate reporting and business intelligence initiatives; and support strategic and operational projects.

Investigate and respond to security alerts, endpoint tampering, threats, and compliance issues. Develop and maintain SOC playbooks, support threat hunting and intelligence activities, improve SOC capabilities, and oversee third-party SOC teams handling EDR, SIEM, KPI, and reporting processes. Collaborate with stakeholders to strengthen cybersecurity maturity and scale security operations globally.

Investigate and respond to security alerts using CrowdStrike MDR and Microsoft XDR/Defender tools. Handle endpoint tampering, threat intelligence, threat hunting, compliance investigations, and incident response. Develop and maintain SOC playbooks, support agentic SOC capabilities, analyze EDR/SIEM metrics and reports, and oversee third-party SOC teams. Collaborate with stakeholders to improve cybersecurity maturity and scale security operations globally.
