Define, develop, validate and standardize test methods and equipment across global test centers; ensure documentation, governance, compliance and communication with regional tech centers and internal stakeholders; maintain records of standards in use at plant-based test sites.

Drive S/4HANA transformation (Imp@ct), digitalization with EDI/TecCom, process standardization, continuous improvement, and change management while ensuring compliance and empowering users.

Manage and optimize data center, telecommunications, and IT infrastructure. Ensure system stability, server installation and security (patching, updates, backups), availability for operations, and audit-ready documentation. Provide second- and third-level support and lead IT project implementations.

Manage sales operations for the Energy vertical: coordinate quote-to-order and order-to-cash processes, handle customer master data, administer contracts, support CRM/tool standardization, engage customers to improve the customer journey, and uphold quality guidelines to drive commercial excellence.

Maintain accurate books and statutory compliance by managing GL, fixed assets, AP and AR processes, reconciliations, GST/VAT filings, audits, transfer pricing support, forex and expense processing, and cross-functional stakeholder coordination to support reporting and profitability.

Lead BA IEMEA SAP SD key user team; own daily system support for Sales Operations and Customer Logistics; drive S/4HANA transformation, EDI/TecCom digitalization, process standardization, and change management.
