Drives Salesforce business process design, governance, user adoption, data quality, reporting, training, change management, and continuous improvement across IEMEA. Coordinates Salesforce-related projects and aligns regional stakeholders and implementation standards. Provides functional leadership for Customer 360, Contact Locator, Salesforce strategy, digital transformation, and AI-enabled initiatives while ensuring platform development supports business objectives.

Supports the local IT team with first-line user support, internal reports and applications, network and equipment maintenance, workstation setup, mobile devices, shopfloor systems, software installations, IT administration, and business process improvements while completing a Level 3 IT Solutions Technician qualification.

Supports manufacturing and product quality through data analysis, root-cause investigation, corrective and preventive actions, process capability studies, audits, quality documentation, and continuous improvement. The role collaborates with production, engineering, maintenance, supply chain, customers, and suppliers to reduce defects, scrap, rework, and complaints while maintaining ISO 9001 compliance. It also supports new product introductions, process validation, nonconforming material disposition, employee training, and quality system effectiveness.

Manage global transfer pricing operations, including intercompany transaction mapping, policy compliance, recurring calculations, year-end adjustments, Local File and Master File documentation, Country-by-Country Reporting, audit support, KPI monitoring, and process automation. The role coordinates Finance, Accounting, Tax, and business stakeholders worldwide while supporting reorganizations, acquisitions, and transformation initiatives.

Maintains global master data by creating, modifying, blocking, deleting, and reactivating accounts. Executes data cleansing and harmonization requests, performs compliance and quality checks, prepares mass-upload files, escalates issues, supports audits, and meets KPI and SLA targets. The role also contributes to root-cause analysis, process improvement, system implementations, documentation, transitions, and cross-training across multiple data objects.

Maintains and improves MRO spare-parts master data, resolves duplicate records, establishes data quality rules, and supports master data governance. The role translates operational needs into IT and SaaS solutions, assists with warehouse and inventory processes, analyzes data in Excel, tracks plant KPIs, supports spare-parts identification during breakdowns, and trains maintenance teams across production plants.

Design and improve SAP supply chain planning business processes, with a primary focus on the SAP PP module. The role supports enhancements, projects, change management, stakeholder alignment, cross-module dependencies, and global process consistency. It also promotes SAP best practices, scalability, transparency, and efficiency across ContiTech’s international business environment.

Negotiates purchasing contracts for regional plants, identifies savings and synergies, improves procurement processes, secures delivery quantities, communicates with suppliers and internal departments, shares market information, and supports global lead buyers with purchasing trends and background information.
