Job DescriptionThe BA IEMEA Salesforce Key User is responsible for driving the design, governance, and continuous improvement of Salesforce business processes, ensuring user adoption, data quality, reporting excellence, and operational effectiveness across the Salesforce ecosystem. The role also leads the rollout and training of Salesforce solutions, ensuring effective change management and alignment across regions and functions. In addition, the position is responsible for coordinating and aligning Salesforce-related projects to support consistent implementation standards and maximize business value. The role also provides functional leadership for strategic Salesforce initiatives, including Customer 360, Contact Locator, Salesforce Strategy, and AI-enabled capabilities, aligning platform development with business objectives and digital transformation priorities.
