Lead global SAP MM/WM/eWM support, projects and operational maintenance with strong technical focus. Act as interface between core users and external consultants, manage system changes, support SAP operations and interfaces, configure SAP, identify process improvements, and oversee external development/AMS deployments.

Execute and document product tests, develop and assess test methods, support and maintain test benches and infrastructure, perform calibrations and repairs, present results to customers, participate in cost-reduction and safety improvement projects, and support the product testing team lead.

Support the Sales Vertical by consolidating data sources, creating standardized reports and a Power BI dashboard, documenting on SharePoint, coordinating cross-functional meetings, tracking account-level follow-ups, and assisting the sales coordination team's daily activities to improve reporting, visibility, and decision-making.

Lead segment controlling as a strategic business partner: manage full P&L and balance sheet, reporting, sales/margin/ROS analysis, pricing governance, RFQ/PCIS accuracy, investment and project profitability evaluation, support M&A due diligence and integrations, drive commercial excellence and budgeting, ensure compliance and audit readiness, and share best practices across the organization.

Support AP and AR teams by processing and verifying supplier and customer invoices, posting transactions, reconciling accounts, assisting collections, resolving discrepancies, maintaining records, and supporting month-end closings and reporting in an international environment.

Process and route supplier invoices using VIM and Tangro, perform PO/non-PO matching, post to SAP, resolve supplier queries, and meet SLA/KPI targets. Support P2P process improvements and additional AP tasks as assigned.

Analyze and optimize film production workflows, implement process improvements and automation, monitor KPIs, create technical documentation, test new processes, train staff, and report on operational efficiency.

Support manufacturing engineering tasks including LOTO implementation, risk assessments, technical documentation, CAD drawings, data analysis, process improvements, maintenance scheduling, quality inspections, and cross-functional collaboration to optimize manufacturing processes.

Manage procurement and raw-materials for merchandised products: create tactical procurement plans, control inventory and replenishment, mitigate supply risks, lead supplier switches and recovery plans, coordinate with purchasing and plants, and run SCM projects to ensure availability and process consistency.

Provide administrative support to the Plant Manager including calendar management, meeting coordination, report and presentation preparation, internal communications, project tracking, performance metric monitoring, cross-department liaison, and support for audits, reviews, and events while handling confidential information.
