Lead and develop a team of recruiters while performing full-cycle recruiting for office professional roles in construction. Partner with hiring managers, source and screen candidates, manage openings, extend offers, set team metrics, improve processes, and build candidate pipelines and cross-functional relationships.

Lead electrical quality assurance across projects by building site-specific QC programs, conducting inspections and testing, ensuring code compliance, training field teams, documenting findings, and driving corrective actions to improve processes and supplier performance.

Lead and oversee electrical construction projects including budgets, schedules, profitability, client relationships, subcontractor management, project startup and closeout, monthly financial projections, change order negotiations, staff development, and safety and quality adherence.

Lead full execution of electrical construction projects including scheduling, budgeting, vendor and stakeholder coordination, safety and quality compliance, Procore-based project setup and management, cost tracking, change order management, site inspections, and project close-out. Acts as primary customer contact and oversees team assignments, risk mitigation, and procurement/logistics.

Provides document control and administrative support to the Project Management team. Acts as primary point of contact for HR, payroll, safety, recruiting, vendors, and subcontractor onboarding/badging. Ensures accurate field time coding for billing, assists in budget development from design phases through construction documents, and coordinates cross-departmental project activities.

Develop and manage Primavera P6 schedules for large capital construction projects; coordinate with PMs, contractors, and stakeholders to monitor risks and milestones, analyze critical paths, produce reports, train field staff, and propose recovery actions to maintain integrated program schedules.

Design, write, and maintain SOPs, work instructions, process maps, and related documentation. Capture current- and future-state processes via SME interviews, maintain document control/versioning in repositories like SharePoint, support compliance, training, and continuous improvement, and track documentation metrics and governance.
