Develop, maintain, and analyze project schedules for large construction projects using Primavera P6. Coordinate with contractors and stakeholders, identify schedule risks, create recovery plans, prepare progress reports, and train field teams on schedule processes and templates.

Serve as a bridge between business and technical teams to identify, design, validate, and support AI, automation, and analytics solutions. Gather and document requirements, translate business needs into AI use cases, support POCs and deployments, monitor model performance and KPIs, ensure responsible AI practices, and drive adoption through training, change management, and continuous optimization.

Lead and develop a team of recruiters while performing full-cycle recruiting for office professional roles in construction. Partner with hiring managers, source and screen candidates, manage openings, extend offers, set team metrics, improve processes, and build candidate pipelines and cross-functional relationships.
