Part-time Accounts Payable Assistant supporting invoice processing, weekly check runs/e-payments, vendor communication, reconciliations, data entry in accounting software, and AP administrative tasks including timecard/PTO review.

Administer and maintain the school's network, servers, endpoints, MDM, and cloud identity services. Troubleshoot infrastructure and classroom technology, support AV and printers, assist with cybersecurity, backups, disaster recovery, and participate in technology projects and planning.
