Owns enterprise GRC platform administration and migration, including configuration, access, workflows, integrations, reporting, dashboards, and module rollouts. Builds executive risk analytics and key risk indicator reporting, supports control testing, documents processes, trains users, and drives platform automation. Manages sales support operations for agents, marketers, and office staff. Handles inquiries, case consultations, licensing, contracting, new business support, database updates, follow-ups, product positioning, pre-sale issue resolution, escalations, and commission-related planning. Serves as a subject matter expert on insurance carrier products and participates in cross-functional project teams.

Manages commission accounting operations, including reviewing and reconciling carrier statements, calculating agent commissions, processing advances, resolving payment discrepancies, generating reports, and maintaining records. Leads and coaches a team of 10–15 analysts, supports agent inquiries, performs quality oversight, improves accounting procedures, and ensures accurate and timely payments.

Supports insurance producers, financial advisors, and institutions by preparing customized annuity proposals and illustrations. Reviews financial information, evaluates client needs, identifies suitable annuity products, maintains product and rate knowledge, and communicates proposal recommendations. The role also handles inbound and outbound calls, coordinates with sales teams and carrier representatives, documents activity, analyzes proposal trends, and provides marketing materials. It is positioned as an entry point toward commissioned sales opportunities.

Supports downline insurance agencies and agents throughout the sales process, including case design, illustrations, product education, licensing, contracting, applications, and follow-up. Handles inbound and outbound sales requests, maintains agent records, provides sales positioning, resolves pre-sale concerns and escalations, and supports cases through payment. Builds strong agent relationships while delivering knowledgeable, tactful customer service and consultation.

Supports downline insurance agencies and agents through the sales cycle, including case design, illustrations, product education, sales positioning, licensing, contracting, applications, quotes, and follow-up. Handles inbound and outbound requests, provides case consultation, maintains agent information in the company database, and supports agents through payment.

Processes insurance license applications, renewals, changes, Secretary of State filings, DBA registrations, and certificates of insurance. Maintains accurate records, responds to routine status inquiries, follows established procedures, meets productivity and quality goals, and escalates complex issues. Works collaboratively while developing knowledge of state-specific licensing, filing, and regulatory processes.

Serves as the primary liaison among insurance agents, carriers, and the company. Provides proactive customer support, troubleshoots issues, guides agents through contracting and certification processes, navigates carrier portals, resolves escalations, documents interactions, conducts outreach, and maintains strong relationships to improve agent satisfaction and loyalty. Requires strong communication, problem-solving, organization, empathy, professionalism, and multitasking skills, with limited day travel and occasional overnight travel.
