Lead onshore and offshore accounting teams, oversee journal entries, reconciliations, and variance analysis using BlackLine and NetSuite. Ensure timely weekly/monthly close, support audits, drive process improvements, train staff, monitor KPIs, and handle complex accounting projects across business units while fostering a positive team culture.

Ensure contracting data in the company CRM is accurate by entering, updating, and correcting records via manual entry and imports. Coordinate with carriers, internal teams, and department leads to validate contract and payee information, follow workflows, communicate updates, and suggest process improvements.

Serve as lead transactional counsel for Integrity Life & Annuities, advising executive teams on corporate, regulatory, reorganization and commercial matters; review and negotiate transactions; support advisor/client transitions; collaborate with compliance and stakeholders to manage risk, processes and strategic objectives.

Proactively identify and recruit new advisors/agents, manage CRM and sales leads, coordinate calls/webinars, and promote Quantum financial products to drive revenue growth.

Process and reconcile commission statements, analyze payouts, perform audits, submit and clear batch exceptions, recalculate batches, update systems, respond to and resolve commission service tickets promptly, maintain <3% audit error rate, and escalate payout issues to management.
