The role requires strong organization, communication, documentation, follow-up, regulatory awareness, attention to detail, and the ability to meet productivity and quality standards.

Supports sales and revenue growth for assigned insurance agents and agencies by managing relationships, tracking KPIs, explaining carrier products, supporting sales processes, and delivering training. The role collaborates with Agent Success leadership, contributes to department strategy, educates agents on products and industry developments, and helps achieve weekly performance goals through communication, organization, and customer service.
