Develop and maintain full-stack web applications using Blazor and ASP.NET Core. Build RESTful APIs, background services, and data layers with .NET 8 and EF Core. Write automated tests, deploy and monitor apps on Azure, support CI/CD with GitHub Actions, collaborate on architecture and code reviews, and troubleshoot production issues while contributing to technical documentation and team best practices.

Manage life insurance cases after carrier submission: monitor underwriting, obtain required documentation, coordinate with carriers and agents, ensure policies are issued and placed in force, maintain case records, and use Power BI/reporting tools to track placement metrics and improve placement rates while ensuring compliance.

Executive leader responsible for field relations, conflict resolution, and alignment between field distribution, home office, carriers, and stakeholders. Drive operational effectiveness, support escalations and investigations, partner with Compliance/Legal and Technology, improve placement and service levels, oversee facilities, and promote culture and leadership across the organization.

Provide high-level administrative support to multiple executives including complex calendar management, travel booking and expense reports, meeting preparation, presentation creation using Microsoft Office, event logistics coordination, and confidential handling of sensitive information. Act autonomously to manage ad hoc initiatives and ensure smooth executive operations.

Serve as the on-site face of the company: greet and direct guests, manage front desk phones and mail, maintain reception area, support hospitality initiatives, and perform clerical tasks while ensuring compliance and excellent customer service.

Serve as the primary HR partner for a business unit, providing workforce planning, talent management, employee relations, performance management, change management, M&A integration support, organizational design, and people-analytics-driven solutions. Facilitate development, investigations, and HR best practices while partnering with centralized People & Culture COEs and business leaders.
