Build and manage AI agents, prompts, workflows, and automations supporting marketing campaigns, sales enablement, lead scoring, competitive analysis, and collateral creation. Responsibilities include OIC development, production support, Oracle ATP administration, PL/SQL, Oracle Cloud Extensions, PowerShell automation, CI/CD pipelines, security governance, monitoring, troubleshooting, documentation, architecture collaboration, and mentoring junior developers.

Processes new account applications, account changes, and client service requests for financial advisors and clients. Resolves incomplete applications, enters client suitability information into firm records, handles correspondence across phone, email, internet, and fax, and supports regulatory mailing obligations. Requires at least one year of broker-dealer, RIA, or insurance experience, with financial industry experience and FINRA Series 6 or 7 preferred.
