Manage recruitment and growth of agents/agencies with emphasis on Medicare and ACA products. Provide field sales support, training, carrier engagement, and cross-department collaboration. Develop market strategies, create marketing collateral, track campaign effectiveness, and serve as SME on sales systems and reporting to optimize agent acquisition and performance.

Serve as front-line contact for clients and support agents with phone screening, appointment coordination, document preparation, mail handling, data entry, office upkeep, and general administrative tasks to maintain smooth daily office operations.

Coordinate and process licensing and contracting documentation so agents are appointed with carriers and can write business. Maintain carrier requirements knowledge, use internal software, liaise with carriers and advisors, and advise on contracting and commission practices while supporting agent onboarding and payment setup.

Lead wholesaling of proprietary annuity products to independent distribution channels and IMO internal wholesalers. Grow and maintain relationships, train wholesalers and advisors, deliver presentations and workshops, and drive annuity sales results while working independently to prioritize and support distribution partners.

Lead transactional and regulatory legal support for insurance portfolio companies, advising on Medicare, ACA, Part D, and other products; draft and negotiate commercial agreements; manage audits, disputes, and regulatory responses; support reorganizations, advisor/client transitions, compliance processes, and regulatory training across business units.

Lead and train down-line independent insurance agents, recruit and onboard new agents, provide ongoing coaching and retention, perform personal sales as directed, attend management meetings, and support company sales objectives through administrative and sales activities.

Provide office support by receiving, reviewing, entering, and submitting carrier applications and paperwork; verify data accuracy; resolve discrepancies with agents and carriers; perform quality control; train and coach team members and temporary staff.

Serve as the companys first point of contact by answering and screening calls, greeting visitors, taking and relaying messages, scheduling appointments, performing data entry, accepting packages, and handling general clerical duties to keep the virtual office running.

Manage incoming life insurance applications and documentation: triage team inbox, enter data into company systems, file and pre-populate applications, verify agent licensing, mail policies, and support process improvements and special projects.

Execute buy/sell orders across equities, fixed income, ETFs, mutual funds, and options; manage and rebalance proprietary and sub-advised portfolios; research market trends and regulatory issues; process post-trade reconciliation and error corrections; collaborate with portfolio management, compliance, and stakeholders to implement model changes and support investment strategy execution.
