Support the CEO with calendar, meetings, international travel, guest reception, note-taking and follow-ups, event coordination, and lifestyle tasks. Anticipate needs, maintain confidentiality, accompany the CEO on trips when required, and enable smooth execution of strategic and operational activities across multiple time zones.

Lead and centralize HR across the Group: design HR strategy, talent acquisition, performance management, internal career development, HR financial control, payroll and budgeting, and support organizational scaling and international expansion while partnering with management to build culture and retention programs.
