As we are entering a new phase of accelerated development, we are looking for a highly experienced and strategic Head of Human Resources to oversee the HR structure of the entire Group.
Tasks
As Group Human Resources, you will play a key strategic role in supporting the rapid international growth of the Group and strengthening the company’s internal structure.
You will oversee all HR functions across the Group companies, including talent acquisition, organizational development, HR strategy, performance management, financial HR control, and internal career development.
Working directly with management, you will help build a strong company culture adapted to a dynamic, international, and fast-evolving environment.
* Oversee recruitment and talent acquisition across all group companies.
* Manage employee performance reviews, internal career development, and talent retention strategies.
* Act as an internal career advisor and support employee growth within the Group.
* Supervise HR financial control, payroll structures, budgeting, and P&L-related HR analysis.
* Support management in organizational scaling and international expansion.
Requirements
* Minimum 10 years of experience in Human Resources management.
* Strong international profile with proven international experience.
* Previous experience in e-commerce and digital business environments is mandatory.
* Strong understanding of HR financial control, budgeting, and P&L management.
* Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
* Strong ability to work in dynamic and rapidly evolving environments.
* English professional proficiency required.
* French speaker is considered a very strong plus.
