Manage delinquent timeshare accounts throughout the foreclosure lifecycle, including eligibility review, documentation, title and ownership research, legal coordination, statutory deadline tracking, compliance, and post-foreclosure inventory recovery. Investigate bankruptcies, probate matters, title defects, liens, and deed transfers; resolve issues and escalate complex legal risks. Maintain accurate system records, generate reports, review invoices, coordinate credit reporting and inventory transfers, and support process improvement initiatives.

Engage vacationing guests, promote Westgate Resorts, explain promotional offers, qualify prospects for resort presentations, process point-of-sale transactions, and deliver excellent customer service. The role involves representing the brand at resorts, attractions, conventions, and other high-traffic venues while working toward commissions and performance incentives.

Engage resort guests, promote vacation packages and attraction discounts, pre-qualify prospects, and generate resort tour sign-ups. Provide concierge-style assistance, book room nights, sell tickets, process POS transactions and reservations, overcome objections, and deliver excellent customer service. The role requires persuasive communication, attention to detail, flexibility, and availability for varied shifts. Previous sales or hospitality experience is helpful but not required, as comprehensive training is provided.

Reviews, verifies, processes, and maintains contract, ownership, and customer documentation. Enters and updates data in company systems, resolves discrepancies, maintains confidential electronic records, routes documents, supports customer and internal inquiries, and coordinates with cross-functional teams to complete transactions accurately and on time.

Conduct face-to-face vacation ownership presentations, tailor solutions to guests’ travel preferences and budgets, provide resort tours, close sales using approved techniques, complete paperwork accurately, maintain compliance, and support team sales goals. The role includes company-provided leads, daily meetings, training, and customer service in a commission-driven environment.

Conduct inbound and outbound telesales to former and canceled timeshare owners, generate upgrades and new sales, overcome objections, and manage leads through a 45-day sales cycle. Present Westgate’s product portfolio, follow up across calls, emails, and texts, document customer interactions, comply with policies, and meet performance standards of 50+ daily calls and $40,000+ average net volume.

Supports the Marketing Department by coordinating promotional materials, contracts, ticket sellers, inventory, statistics, billing, payroll, timesheets, tour records, gifting paperwork, deposits, and operational reports. Assists marketing leadership with strategy execution, department coordination, profitability monitoring, vendor and broker relationships, and administrative processes. Regular attendance is required.

Promote Westgate Resorts by engaging vacationers, pre-qualifying guests for resort tours, selling attraction tickets, booking room nights, and providing concierge service. Use consultative sales and customer service to increase tour sign-ups and bookings. Operate POS terminals, balance cash and card transactions, maintain current knowledge of offerings and promotions, and support off-site events when needed.

Perform data entry and verification of contract source documents, resolve discrepancies with preparers, maintain records and databases, prepare mailings, handle owner inquiries, and assist with special projects as assigned.

Sell Westgate timeshare weeks to prospective buyers by giving tours, pitching products, completing sales paperwork, and providing excellent guest service. Attend sales meetings and serve as a tour guide for resort guests.
