Assists the Project Manager with planning, execution, financial outcomes, client satisfaction, vendor and subcontractor coordination, estimating, documentation, drawings, change orders, meetings, and project closeout for electrical construction projects. The role supports field supervision, ensures compliance with project standards, and uses Procore and Microsoft Suite to manage project information.

Provide high-level support to the CFO including strategic calendar management, travel planning, email triage, project and task tracking, reporting and dashboard maintenance, expense and administrative finance support, and preparation of PowerPoint and Excel materials for executive and board meetings. Coordinate across Finance, Accounting, FP&A, and direct reports to ensure timely completion of deliverables and lead ad hoc special projects.

Manage company claims and compliance files, prepare legal-request responses and subpoenas, support insurance claim administration, create reports, analyze data, monitor prequalification software, update databases, and provide administrative support to the Risk Management and Compliance team.

Support senior engineers by modeling electrical systems in Autodesk Revit, reviewing plans for code compliance, assisting with contract review and prefab/install drawings, attending client and design meetings, and maintaining project documentation to improve performance and profitability.

Lead engineering on construction projects including coordination, BIM/Revit model management, clash detection, shop drawing production, CPM-based scheduling, budget and QA/QC oversight, and stakeholder communication to ensure timely project execution and prefabrication handoffs.

Lead engineering execution for assigned electrical construction projects, coordinating design teams, field operations, prefabrication, and contractors. Manage BIM environments, clash detection, shop drawing production, model-to-fabrication workflows, schedules, RFIs/submittals, budgets, QA/QC, and project reporting to ensure compliance with codes, contract requirements, and project timelines.

Lead end-to-end signal systems scope on transit and rail projects: manage subcontractors and OEMs, coordinate design and installation, create cost-loaded schedules, procure long-lead materials, control budgets, negotiate change orders, and oversee testing, commissioning and cutovers while liaising with clients, operating railroads, and field teams.

Use Autodesk Revit to model and design electrical equipment, conduits, and support systems for prefabrication and installation. Manage modeling efforts, supervise supporting staff, ensure NEC and local code compliance, assist with contract review and prefab/install drawings, attend client/engineer meetings, and support reporting to improve engineering performance and profitability.

Oversee electrical construction projects from planning through closeout: create schedules, manage budgets and procurement, coordinate subcontractors and field supervision, maintain documentation, communicate status to stakeholders, resolve issues, estimate work, and implement process improvements to deliver projects on time, on budget, and safely.

Produce 3D electrical models and design/shop/prefabrication drawings in Revit and AutoCAD MEP. Support engineers with construction documentation, revise drawings per team feedback, and help meet project schedules.
