Oversee expanded learning and intersessional programs across the region, supervising Program Managers and Site Coordinators. Lead staffing, budgets, curriculum, compliance, program growth, partner relationships, data-driven evaluation, and professional development. Build and lead Woodcraft Rangers' first PMO: design charter, governance, intake and prioritization, dashboards, KPIs, and tooling. Lead early high-priority initiatives, coach project managers, drive adoption, and partner with operations and executives to ensure portfolio visibility, resource alignment, and continuous improvement.
