Additionally, we offer LifeCraft, a college and career advancement program to support the development of approximately 2,000 staff. Today, Woodcraft Rangers serves more than 30,000 youth ages 4 to 18 each year across 150 plus Title I schools in Los Angeles, San Bernardino, and Riverside counties, and continues to expand its reach.

Responsibilities:
- Content: Capture visual media – video and photography – at Woodcraft Ranger sites throughout Southern California for various mediums, including digital, web, and print.
- Design: Create, edit, and produce visual concepts, layouts, and media for various mediums, including digital, web, and print.
- Collaboration: Work with subject matter experts, stakeholders, and other team members to understand design requirements and needs.
- Software Proficiency: Utilize graphic and media design software and tools to create and manipulate media content.
- Communication: Present designs to team members and stakeholders, explain design choices, and incorporate feedback.
- Problem Solving: Address design challenges and develop creative solutions.
- Staying Updated: Keep up to date with the latest design trends, software, and technologies.
- Meeting Deadlines: Manage time effectively and meet project deadlines.
Qualifications/Skills:
- Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience) in Graphic Design, Media Design, Digital Media, or closely related fields.
- Strong visual sense, creativity, and ability to translate ideas into visual concepts.
- Demonstrable experience in graphic and video design, with a strong portfolio showcasing digital design, photography, and video content creation.
- Expertise in using design software like Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere, etc.) as well as familiarity with other creative tools such as Canva and Figma.
- Understanding of eLearning platforms such as Articulate, Captivate, Udemy, Coursera, Udacity, EdX, Kajabi, and/or YouTube.
- Familiarity with responsive web design and components, as well as media compression and display strategies.
- Adeptness in navigating and utilizing the latest digital platforms, apps, and technologies relevant to digital education and design.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, maintaining attention to detail and meeting tight deadlines.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex design concepts clearly to different audiences.
- Willingness to continuously learn and adapt to new technologies and design trends in the rapidly evolving digital landscape.
- An understanding of diverse communities and the ability to incorporate cultural considerations into design and technology applications.

- Regular working hours are from Monday to Friday, with occasional weekends and evenings required for events, training, or conferences.
