Own Mello's commercial engine: generate pipeline across channels, run full sales cycle from first touch to close, build repeatable playbooks, establish commercial reporting/CRM hygiene, and support founders on GTM strategy and customer feedback.

Own full-cycle enterprise sales: build pipeline via outbound (LinkedIn, cold calls, email), qualify prospects, run discovery and demos, negotiate and close, codify playbooks, and maintain CRM hygiene and reporting for founders.

Work with the founding team to drive commercial growth for an AI-native logistics platform. Own go-to-market efforts across sales, partnerships, positioning, and growth experiments (outbound, ICP definition, lead generation, funnel optimization). Collaborate with product and engineering, tackle high-impact problems, and help turn early traction into repeatable processes.
