Build and support production data pipelines, Databricks workflows, dimensional models, semantic models, and enterprise integrations using Azure, SQL, Python, and PySpark. Own solutions from requirements through deployment, monitoring, and support. Investigate data discrepancies, improve data quality, modernize legacy systems, and assess downstream impacts on Power BI and business metrics. Partner with stakeholders across healthcare and business functions, mentor technical teammates, and establish engineering standards for testing, CI/CD, documentation, and governance.

Leads the company’s IT strategy, operations, infrastructure, cybersecurity, help desk, systems, and software development priorities. Oversees technology projects, network security, disaster recovery, policies, budgets, vendors, licensing, and infrastructure improvements. Manages and develops the IT team while partnering with executives and departments to deliver reliable, secure, scalable technology. The role is onsite in Northwest Houston and requires travel at least two weeks per month, including short-notice project travel.

Develop and execute email, CRM, and lifecycle marketing campaigns across customer and patient journeys. Build HubSpot workflows, automated nurture sequences, audience segments, and targeted communications. Manage campaign calendars, reporting, lifecycle KPIs, testing, documentation, and performance optimization. Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, creative, operations, sales, data, and IT teams to improve lead generation, conversion, retention, and reactivation.
