Manage industrial water treatment customer accounts, retain clients, develop new business, and increase sales within the Cincinnati territory. Conduct site visits, monitor system performance, troubleshoot cooling tower and boiler issues, perform water analysis, recommend treatment solutions, prepare proposals, coordinate service technicians, and train client staff. Frequent local travel is required, with work performed at industrial facilities, outdoor treatment sites, and offices.

Perform FP&A reporting, forecasting, variance analysis, and financial modeling. Build dashboards and analyze large datasets (Power BI, SQL). Support budgeting, system implementations, process improvements, and ad-hoc strategic analyses to inform leadership decisions.

Administer, customize, and optimize the NetSuite ERP platform. Develop SuiteScript solutions, workflows, integrations (REST/SOAP/EDI), and FreeMarker templates. Support manufacturing features (UoM, BOM, Work Orders), troubleshoot production issues, document technical changes, and partner with stakeholders to automate and scale business processes.
