Manage accounts receivable lifecycle including invoicing, payment application, collections, reconciliations, and dispute resolution. Prepare AR aging reports, cash forecasts, and collection summaries, analyze AR trends, ensure compliance with accounting standards, and maintain documentation for audits while collaborating with internal teams and customers to improve cash flow.

Process and reconcile vendor invoices, enter invoices into the accounting system, prepare payments, manage vendor records, and support month-/year-end close. Ensure compliance with company policies and tax rules, generate AP reports, resolve vendor issues, and collaborate with procurement and operations to improve AP processes.

Manage customer contracts, pricing schedules, bids, renewals, and compliance. Lead bid process, resolve pricing/invoicing discrepancies with Accounting, support cross-functional teams, escalate complex service issues, and analyze contract performance to inform decisions.

Provide administrative support including preparing purchase orders and invoices, reconciling records, managing field staff scheduling, maintaining records, supporting ERP operations (NetSuite preferred), coordinating with vendors and customers, and handling daily office correspondence and reports.
