Support development and evolution of Objectway's wealth management digital platform: manage backlog, analyze requirements, write user stories, support Agile teams, deliver client demos, assist onboarding, and gather client feedback to refine product features.

Drive revenue growth and client retention for assigned wealth-management accounts by developing account plans, managing renewals, upsells/cross-sells, negotiating contracts, owning pipeline, coordinating internal teams, and building senior client relationships to ensure satisfaction and long-term expansion.

Lead execution of Objectway's Digital Wealth Platform in Canada, aligning business priorities, technology, governance, and regulatory requirements. Manage cross-functional teams, define KPIs and budgets, support agile governance adoption, drive continuous improvement, and represent Objectway culture locally while reporting to the CEO.

Support implementation and maintenance of the groups organization model: analyze structures and processes, design development initiatives, document processes, run skills and training programs, consult with departments, interview executives, contribute to restructurings, and report on efficiency and outcomes.

Manage end-to-end delivery and post-delivery transitions for key wealth management clients, ensuring contractual SLAs/KPIs are met, coordinating cross-functional teams, supporting billing and contracts, communicating status/risks, and driving client retention and new service opportunities.

Configure and implement Objectway portfolio and CRM software, migrate data into SQL Server, write and optimize T-SQL, produce SQL/SQL Reporting reports, test releases, tune SQL Server performance, and collaborate with functional consultants to meet client requirements.

Join the SW Development & Delivery team to design, implement and maintain test plans and automated test frameworks. Act as QA in scrum: create test data, automated backend/API/frontend scenarios, update documentation, and manage issues in Team Foundation Server to ensure high-quality web-based software.

Manage complex ICT projects end-to-end: plan scope, schedules, budgets; provide technical oversight; coordinate resources and vendors; manage stakeholders, risks, quality, testing, go-live and closure to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
