Provides administrative and organizational support for client engagement and business development activities. Maintains Salesforce client, opportunity, and pipeline data; prepares reports, dashboards, presentations, and meeting materials; coordinates meetings, events, surveys, and follow-up; monitors business opportunities; and supports the Vice President of Client Engagement.

Processes payroll for salaried and hourly employees, manages payroll changes, benefits, leave programs, onboarding, HRIS records, employee files, reporting, performance review support, and training records. Serves as a responsive employee resource while maintaining confidentiality, accuracy, policies, and engagement programs.
