Analyze sales and inventory to build SKU-level forecasts and inventory plans, manage replenishment and purchase order flow, support seasonal buys and assortment planning, monitor sell-through and product productivity, collaborate with merchandising, e-commerce, production, and wholesale teams, and prepare regular business recaps while driving planning process improvements.

Manage and scale the company's Amazon storefront across multiple brands by owning listings, optimizing SEO and A+ content, running advertising and promotions, monitoring sales and inventory, forecasting demand, and coordinating with marketing, merchandising, and operations to maximize marketplace performance and customer experience.

Perform accurate data entry, update and verify records, maintain confidential digital and physical files, generate basic reports, and collaborate to ensure data accuracy while following company procedures.

Own end-to-end accounting and financial reporting for a portfolio of consumer brands: manage month-/year-end close, internal controls, cash flow and forecasting, inventory accounting, and systems improvements while partnering with leadership, operations, and sales to drive financial discipline and visibility.

Serve as the offices first point of contact, manage front desk operations, handle communications, schedule meetings, process mail and deliveries, support administrative tasks, maintain supplies and records, assist leadership with travel and expenses, and ensure a professional, secure reception area.
