Lead planning and execution of brand activations, launches, pop-ups, and experiential events. Manage timelines, budgets, vendors, talent, venues, and production partners. Coordinate with Marketing and Creative to ensure brand alignment, oversee on-site execution, and troubleshoot real-time issues to deliver seamless, high-impact experiences.

Support the Production Manager by issuing and verifying purchase orders, tracking PO status, following up with vendors and factories, maintaining production calendars and vendor files, escalating at-risk orders, and reconciling PO details with invoices and shipping documents.

Create campaign materials, lookbooks, and promotional assets; support product launches and seasonal collections; collaborate with Creative and Marketing to deliver polished, production-ready work that elevates brand storytelling.

Support development of men's, women's, and children's apparel by creating production-ready tech packs, managing fit from prototype to TOP approval, leading fit sessions, evaluating samples for fit and quality, communicating technical direction with overseas factories, ensuring accurate grading and manufacturing readiness, and maintaining organized technical documentation.

Manage e‑commerce forecasting, inventory planning, and assortment strategies to align receipts and buys with financial goals. Monitor sales, analyze inventory productivity and margins, recommend pricing/promotions, support promotional planning, and report results to leadership while partnering cross‑functionally.

Analyze sales and inventory to build SKU-level forecasts and inventory plans, manage replenishment and purchase order flow, support seasonal buys and assortment planning, monitor sell-through and product productivity, collaborate with merchandising, e-commerce, production, and wholesale teams, and prepare regular business recaps while driving planning process improvements.

Perform accurate data entry, update and verify records, maintain confidential digital and physical files, generate basic reports, and collaborate to ensure data accuracy while following company procedures.

Own end-to-end accounting and financial reporting for a portfolio of consumer brands: manage month-/year-end close, internal controls, cash flow and forecasting, inventory accounting, and systems improvements while partnering with leadership, operations, and sales to drive financial discipline and visibility.
