Support accessories design team through sketching, tech pack creation, sample coordination, trend and material research, and organizing design files and sample libraries across handbag and accessory lines.

Manage e‑commerce forecasting, inventory planning, and assortment strategies to align receipts and buys with financial goals. Monitor sales, analyze inventory productivity and margins, recommend pricing/promotions, support promotional planning, and report results to leadership while partnering cross‑functionally.

Lead and grow wholesale business across retail accounts by developing sales strategies, managing key partnerships, securing new distribution, aligning cross-functional teams, analyzing performance, overseeing operations and inventory, representing the company at trade shows, and mentoring the wholesale sales team.

Drive new business and revenue for a portfolio of fashion brands by managing the full sales cycle—prospecting, client meetings, proposals, negotiation, onboarding, and strategic account management—meeting sales targets and collaborating with internal teams. Requires regular travel to New York City.

Support planning, execution, and optimization of Facebook and Instagram paid campaigns. Build and manage ad sets, audiences, budgets, and A/B tests. Monitor KPIs (ROAS, CPA, CTR), collaborate with creative and marketing teams, and scale budgets to drive measurable growth across multiple fashion brands.
