Manage and reduce aged debt, proactively contact clients to collect payments, investigate and resolve invoice/payment queries, liaise with partners and fee earners, track invoice approvals via e-billing systems, maintain accurate records, attend debt review meetings, escalate overdue accounts, and ensure compliance with Solicitors Accounts Regulations and GDPR.

Provide specialist employment law advice to employers, manage employment aspects of corporate transactions, handle employment litigation (WRC and civil courts), advise on HR strategy (absence, performance, disciplinary, restructuring, redundancies), manage client relationships and business development, and lead and train junior team members.
