Lead technical direction, planning, and execution of events, installations, and productions. Develop technical concepts, CAD drawings and lighting/rigging plans. Oversee lighting, AV, control protocols, power distribution, on-site setup and dismantling. Manage technical teams, subcontractors, budgets, logistics, safety compliance, and continuous process improvement. Act as primary technical contact for clients and partners and troubleshoot under live conditions.

Manage technical event projects from planning through execution: create/review Vectorworks/CAD drawings, plan power/data distribution, develop rigging concepts, coordinate internal trades and external partners, advise clients, document specifications/timelines, ensure safety compliance, and resolve technical issues across project phases.
