Analyzes consumer finance risk data and portfolios using quantitative tools such as SQL, SAS, Python, R, Tableau, Excel, and Power BI. Produces recurring and ad hoc reports, evaluates market valuations, depreciation, residual values, trends, and projections, troubleshoots data issues, and presents actionable findings to management. Analyzes operational data across repossession, total loss, insurance, and recovery functions to identify trends and improvement opportunities. Develops and maintains Tableau and Excel dashboards, monitors KPIs, prepares performance reports, documents processes, supports special projects, and recommends actions to improve efficiency, service levels, and compliance. Collaborates with business leaders on requirements, process enhancements, and operational issue resolution.

Supports communication between IT, business units, and vendors while documenting requirements and administering reporting systems. Creates dynamic Excel reports and manages large datasets, configures systems and workflows, troubleshoots issues, coordinates projects, and leads application and user acceptance testing. The role also develops recommendations, maintains data confidentiality, and identifies technology improvements.

The Treasury Manager supports capital planning, liquidity forecasting, cash management, capital markets, securitization, commercial paper, ALM, funding programs, and treasury risk management. The role develops financial and securitization models, implements treasury systems and analytics, prepares materials for rating agencies and investors, supports audits and regulatory compliance, and collaborates with banks, legal counsel, and internal stakeholders. It also builds dashboards and automation tools to scale treasury operations.
